- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The type of physical therapy I needed for a fallen arch in one foot, and the subsequent other problems (balance, strength, etc.) resulting from walking "through the pain" and delaying proper treatment, was all very new to me. And the sets of exercise were hard, I felt frustration with the general compromised condition of such an important part of my body. But, Anne Jeffery is experienced and patient. She pushes a little, makes adjustments on the trainee's behalf; she inspires momentum & makes good use of the time allowed, but she's always watching out for my limits and well-being. I have to say, the effects were amazing! I could feel my foot gain strength, get control over movement and begin to renew some grace. I really looked forward to my sessions! Then I had to have some surgery performed, on my opposite leg. Recovery meant no therapy...and I miss it! I would recommend Therapeutics Associates, East Salem to anyone!
