  I had the opportunity to see Dr. Chen on a few occasions and he is very helpful and knowledgeable. His staff have been very friendly and I would not hesitate to visit Pain Care Specialists again.

  The best and most efficient care I've ever received. My pain disappeared and I was in and out very quickly- exactly what I want when I go to the doctor.

  This a a medical office that takes things seriously. They are trying to work as transparently with patients as possible. They let you know up front what they will be doing to help you, what you need to do to help yourself, and how to get more help if needed. Their staff is very knowledgeable. They let you know exactly what they are doing and what they expect of you. You can tell that they like to work there. The positive attitudes of everyone that works there comes through. They take the time to listen to your complaints and do more than just glance at you for diagnosis. They are not a pill factory! Do not come here looking for pain medications. They are set on helping you through physical therapy, acupuncture, trigger point injections, heated pool therapy, etc. They let you know in advance that treatment at their facility may include up to two random drug tests per month. Their location is very easy to get to and very easy to find once you are there. The parking lot is decent sized. The entire office is accessible to those with handicaps. The waiting room is neat and clean and very open.

  Don't even deserve one star. Very frustrating to be in pain and told I will receive a call back and I don't. I was told you are waiting on my insurance to approve my nerve block procedure only to find out when I called back because no call was received that my insurance had in fact approved it that you "don't know why I wasn't called" but it is too late for me to have the procedure done that I have to wait until NEXT MONDAY to have anything done because that is the only day you do them!! Thanks for relieving my pain so quickly ...Awesome job!!
