- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I just bought a draft horse and scheduled a basic health checkup. I waited for well over an hour to be seen, I would've left but we had the horse trailer all hooked up and we live 45 minutes away. Finally she came out and said it was my time to be seen, she opened a regular size man door and said come on in... Okay, but what do I do with this Percheron? LOL there's no way she was going to fit! After going through the shop door the vet disappeared and I stood holding onto the horse in a small area that was crowded with junk, trash, and there were tons of barking dogs. I stood there hanging on to her for about 20 minutes before the horse started to get antsy, it was dangerous... small area, huge horse, barking dogs, and obsticles everywhere! I opened the shop door back up and took her outside where I waited another 15 minutes! Finally I loaded her back up and told the receptionist that we were leaving, she was cold, didn't even apologize that we waited for almost 2 hours! The vet herself was very young, and didn't have any of the answers to the questions I had. BY FAR THE WORST VET I'VE EVER BEEN TO!September 04, 2017by A Google User
